CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits A deposit may be required for certain services. All deposits are nonrefundable and go toward the total cost of your appointment. If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule outside the allowed timeframe, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment are accepted with no fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Same-Day Cancellations If you cancel within 3 hours of your appointment time on the day of your service, it is treated as a no-show, not a cancellation. The full no-show fee (100% of the service) will be charged. No-Shows If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact me, the no-show fee is 100% of the scheduled service. Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to pay a larger deposit or may lose booking privileges. Cards on File A valid card is required to book. Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. If there is no card on file, the fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Running Late If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. This may also result in a fee.
